i cant get above 30-35 fps and i know what im doing with computers. i am not the only one. is it the map or just a bug?

Turn off Distance Field Shadowing and turn on Low Level Distance Streaming and the fps will be better except for near the middle of the map, something there causes fps to not go past 20fps.

There is a lot going on in the map with all of the moving boulders in the sky. Something must have crippled the framerate as of last fall, it was closer to 60 fps, then, with an update before the author was unable to work on this map for several months, it suddenly dropped to below 30fps. There is been a slight improvement with updates but I still get about 1/2 of what Ragnarok or The Island has. GTX 1070 graphic card and 32G ram on an I-7.

The gaming laptop with the same specs is 24 to 28fps.

Same problem here. 30 fps. Has to be the animated rocks and clutter.
