Greetings everyone! HVO is back with a major new update!

This update finishes the breakthrough value changes that I started in the spring. I have refined my breakthrough calculation considerably, and the results have been felt across the entire game, especially among light tanks. There are also four new vehicles, a few production cost changes (MBTs are 40% cheaper on average), and a few minor soft attack tweaks.

The next update will focus on an overhaul of the steel, tungsten, and oil costs of all vehicles. Late game steel costs can get excessive and I aim to reign that in. The new cost formula will also help the second tier tech trees, specifically Japan and Italy because the vast majority of their vehicles will be so much cheaper to produce. But more on that later!
