To be honest with you I could make everything looking way better than it actually does. But the reason why i didnt is that i´ve tryed to keep the FPS while building on Ultra over 60.

If its lagging for you then I´m very sorry but I wont change something.
I´m currently playing with my crappy Computer and my FPS never falls under 30 so the gameplay is smooth.

so you don't have a crappy computer, I have two, mine (20-30 fps and 5-10 in alberton) and my parent's computer (30-40 fps and 20-30 in alberton) don't say you have a bad computer

I'm only lagging when i have played the map in a long time, but then i just need do restart unturned:D i can live with that;D

get a better PC then?

Well my pc crashes with graphics issues but i fixed it i get 30-40 fps
