[Announce] Plans for next version

I don't plan anything *big* for this map since I haven't played TF2 in a long time, but some items I do want to address in an update:

Bot support with navigation mesh and hints. TF2 didn't have useful bots back in 2010.
Recompile with HDR textures. (Increasing filesize, though.)
