Un-Installed, VCOM Still Active

I un-installed vcom ai but for some reason it is still active. I can have AI at 20% skill level after the un-install yet they act as though they are at 100%+. I searched in ThisPc and it found the files but said they were no longer in my hard drive. How do I disable this mod?

Once you uninstall the mod...it's gone. Sorry can't help much more than that...Once you remove the files Vcom has no further impact.
