Some trouble with AI battles in Zeus

When I put a faction to fight against eachother in Zeus, the AI doesn't generate any flanking waypoint. It's ruining my experience with the mod, first time that this is happening. Is there any of you who had similar things happen and is there any possible fix?

It's probably turned off in the userconfig
