AI not using radio communication?

I installed VCOM and the ai do not use radio communication to tell the group what to do. Am I missing something.

Yes, one of many problems I encountered. (very frequent they now get stuck in exit-enter-vehicle loop, sometimes they use radio and chatter and sometimes it does not work/is silent)
I played last time 2 years ago and it worked well.
