For some reason you can't open other player / AI backpacks. When you walk up to a player or AI and look at their backpack, select the OPEN Kitbag or whatever via sroll menu, it doesn't open the target backpack rather it opens my own inventory. I verified works in vanilla editor, but not in any DRO mission
