Possible removal problems
After the addon is removed, some console variables may not get reset to their default values. Thus giving the impression that the addon wasn't 'fully' removed. I'll list them here, so you can reset them manually:

sk_npc_head = 3 sk_npc_chest = 1 sk_npc_stomach = 1 sk_npc_arm = 1 sk_npc_leg = 1 sk_player_head = 3 sk_player_chest = 1 sk_player_stomach = 1 sk_player_arm = 1 sk_player_leg = 1 phys_pushscale = 1

Sorry for the hassle, I'm not sure how I would fix that. Feel free to provide suggestions here.

Even with the mod uninstalled and changing the value back it still goes back.

The addon effectively uses the same mechanism to set them as you would. So if you set them to anything after the addon is gone, there is nothing to reset them back.

Can you confirm that, for example, 'sk_npc_head' changes to '10', even if you set it to another value?

What might be happening is that the default value is '2', not '3'. So the game itself resets it to a default value, and I've listed erroneous default values in this post.

I'll look into it.

and one more thing , does this mod decrease performance?

Looking at the code, it might cause the map to load a bit slower, but shouldn't affect performance when playing. An easy way to test if it negatively affects performance in your case would be to:
  1. Disable all addons, check performance.
  2. Enable only Fair Damage, check performance.

im using it with VIVO | Health Overhaul so i was wondering whether it might cause issues when put together with it.
