How do i install this in my workshop file?
when i go to download it on the mods.tf page it only shows me replacements and it wont let me download the Fly Boy item, only different looking repacements. How do i get just the Fly Boy item?

you need to vote for it to get on the game as his own item
for now you can only replace him with the cosmetics shown on the mods.tf site
