Bug with research

I think i have a bug, when i do the research component assembly i already discorver all the robots but i didn't do the research tree spawned by the mod. Is it a bug with another mods ?
To build a lvl 1 robot and a lvl 5 it is the same cost too so why don't build the lvl 5 ?

Please post this in the Robots++ Forum as these problems come from ++. This doesn't have Tiers :)
