As you can actually see in that video they do react promptly and try to save you when you're pinned. As per your highlights in that video you fast forward to the parts where they seem like they don't react properly.
Question portion:
1) In panic events as shown in the video, why do you separate yourself even further from the team? Is that how you call team play?
2) At 6:41 bots decide on which target to shoot at but cases where they need to shove all those commons surrounding them yet they don't though that issue is prevalent on vanilla it has been minimized with this mod. Now how would you say the bots are worse than stock/vanilla?
3) At 7:55 and then at 8:50. The boomer was ignored at first then afterwards was properly dealt with. Why would you call it an issue if the bots focused on aggressive targets first or those that pose a huge threat currently in their situation?
4) At 11:20 it seems one of the bots almost fell due to the smoker. Oddly enough the smoker reacted quickly(by default it should take 2 secs before the smoker entangles his victim not at an instant) as with the other SI as well. Then at 11:30 coach is confused at which target to focus at in which it causes the bot to stay still. There are cases where that happens in vanilla in which you may have to assist all of them in thinking properly. Knowing that the bots can be confused it doesn't mean that overall they don't perform well. How would you say that moment screwed you over when you clearly had the chance to help the bot out and proceed afterwards?
5) At 14:35 what does it say in the dev console?
Like 4-11 days. Im bad in english and won't stay the whole time here and try to under stand this :p
But i try to help and answer it, we hear us soon
And i didnt even know that +CB write on console.
I never stay near a bot while a horde/mob comes because i think they gonna run in my fire line.
Also i stand on a place's where i can good see the zombies and shoot them, i don't like when a Zombie comes from a corner while im reloading.
(i may not read right the question)
i dont like to scratch coachs ass and helping him but i let him for this attacked by the infected to show this, maybe i need to defend a other spot and coach lets him attacked.
Then what should i do if im busy? Anyways is 12 secounds nothing doing too long, exept that knock bag.
Then it seems to me that it's not Omixsat's mod that's the problem. It's your way of playing. As a team, you are supposed to stay close with a bot in order for them to work efficiently. Actually, that applies in general regardless whether or not you are playing with a bot or a person. The reason as to why that works is because the game does want to improve the players' teamwork. You can't leave them behind just over the reason that they might be on your fire line. If that is your problem, might as well not play with any bots because it seems to me that the mod isn't wrong or all the more not play the game at all. The idea of you having to deal with bots is a nuisance to you. Might as well stop playing the game and look for another game that doesn't require teamwork in order to work efficiently.
I asked you that question since sv_cheats is enabled you might have made a key binding that toggles sb_stop in order to stop the bots from reacting cause it's practically impossible for the bots to STOP all of a sudden unless you are out of the nav mesh boundaries and they will decide on what to do afterwards. This is an odd occurence that happened recently for you and plainly forgetting the output on the dev console would mean that you're hiding something from me.
Now I'll ask you again: What did it print in the developer console?
If you do not recall at all or you don't want to recall then it just simply means that you don't care as long as you deliver your point and that is being you trying to tarnish the reputation the mod has earned itself.
Let's bring back what you wrote in the comments as reference:
You don't need to zoom in just to show the boomer at that part. Anyone can simply view/check what is happening in the game world just by watching closely. Zooming in towards the boomer just means that you have an intended goal to show something to everyone.
At that given moment no zombie was attacking you. You can't say that you needed to defend another spot cause that area was almost cleared of hostiles and only a handful remain. 12 seconds of you just watching the bot is very long for an average player to realize that he/she needs to assist the bot when no other zombie was targeting him/her. At the same time the sb_stop possibility applies as stated earlier.
Edit: Also to add to the previous statement... I am also wondering why none of the other bots bothered to help. It's as if they were ordered to stop as well.
You are able to play L4D2 by the time you recorded and sent a video about the mod. So how all of a sudden did you break your own installation?
fair warning: If you continue to make excuses rather than answering the question, this thread will be locked.
