Lords in tier 4 settlements
Does anyone want lords added as garrison for level 4 settlements?

Would you use base (LvL 1) Lords? I feel just having a lord at all would be quite beneficial to a garrison. I think it would be worth implementing.

I did add level 1 heroes, they cannot be more than level 1 anyways

I think that lords would be pretty cool, but I'm not sure if it would make garrisons really annoying/hard to take down. I guess it depends on how many other units are in the tier 4 garrison. I'll play around for a bit and see.

There is another mod: All Settlements have a General in their Garrisons
