Someone said this mods is v1.3 compatible so I will show how to make it to have v1.3 tag.
Locate the mods: \steamapps\workshop\content\294100\725465444
(Tips: last number is the mods folder and it is the same with the url)
Open about folder and about.xml with Notepad or Notepad++
You will see this line below:
<supportedVersions>
<li>1.0</li>
<li>1.1</li>
<li>1.2</li>
</supportedVersions>
Add another line but with 1.3 and there you go, v1.3 tag
