Is there a specific tech required to be able to install a bionic arm? I bought an arm from a trader to install on my primary doctor, since my secondary doctor has an inspired surgery right now, but the option to install it isn't appearing with the other bills. Can install a hook hand and such, but the bionic arm was expensive, and my window of time for the inspired surgery is closing fast. Help!
