I've just finished researching simple prosthetics and there's no recipe for them at the machining table despite the item description of simple prosthetics reads "Created At: Machining Table, Prosthetics Table."

Is this just an error in the item description? Prosthetics tables take a lot to build, and I believe prosthetics were previously available at the machining table, so I don't know why that would be changed.
