Ah, that was satisfiying to watch :-) ps check the error code in the first option....;-)
Unfortunately Paladins use an older dialogue which uses nothing but Chance gates and the right choices. It's two sets of 50% chances to get them. You also need a squad of only Greenlander males(your non grn males team can be in a different squad)
Figures. That religious zeal is driven hard into them...
I'm sitting on like a BUNCH of samurai right now lol
Actually if you choose the second option at the end of that dialogue it unlocks another dialogue that gives you a 40% chance of a free recruit...
And for Holy troops with a greenlander male its 21111111
Oh neat, thanks! I'll probably end up paying the 15k anyway just to guarantee I get the recruit and I'm not dilly-dallying around lol.
Are you able to talk to him? Hint. Your stats don't matter to him. There are three ways to recruit him actually. One if you use a non-skeleton and two if you use a skeleton. It is much easier if you use a skeleton as well. A high tech level will allow you to 're-program' him as well (skeleton character needs a slightly less high tech level)
Also remember that he's quite mad.
TBH I'd crack open the mod in the FCS and just read the dialogue trees if you're having trouble. Not every NPC is recruitable. Since we can apparenty just upload other people's work willy nilly though and progress on this is slow and I have a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ of free time, I might release something piggybacking on the work done here. Idk, we'll see.
Just coming back I actually did not realize this thread managed to gain traction. I was doing some old school testing in-game with a cheat start. That being I said I would love to work with you and everyone here to prop up an actual wiki. Thanks!
