I have like 7 stuck in my prison..after them telling me a few times i should come back later i dont get the talk to option anymore.

Do i need to wait longer? reputting them into a cage didnt change it aaand beating them up and capturing them again didnt help either. ( or well he tells me to ♥♥♥♥ off one time and then its back to cant talk )

Is there just a max amount of tries you get?
