Hi! First of all, amazing mod. I now have an army of trained samurai, since I wasn't keen on training all of the vanilla recruits from the ground up.

Second, I have noticed that after recruiting the local Police Chief, all Police Chiefs of the faction (United Cities) have their dialogue disabled, meaning that I absolutely can't talk to them. No speech bubble, and no "Talk To" option. This is a problem, since I can't bail my imprisoned squadmates cleanly.

I have no other mod that changes AI dialogue or behavior and aside from this issue, the mod works flawlessly.

I'd appreciate any help/clarifications/fixes. Thank you!
