I have a problem
because im an ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ im wondering why you have bullet casings flying around the helmet when its implied the unusual is the hat being shot at

Good catch, and good point. I wonder why too. Otherwise, the effect it ehhh, probably would be a low to mid tier. Still alright though.
