Personal events
Can you guys add a bunch of random events pertaining to the characters in the game? I love CK2 when all these strange things happen to the family that may or may not change their stats.. ie: moral dilemmas, illnesses etc. Other than changing the names of my scientists and ships, there is no real incentive to looking at the characters after you assign them, they are just...forgettable.

Just like the Horizon Signal DLC... it would be awesome!

I agree it would be cool, but I myself can't come up with any good.

It doesn't seem that hard to code, just need suggestions.

A few ideas:

Relationships between leaders? (seeing these might be especially fun in a multi-species empire, haha)
Leaders behaving badly (contrary to government ethics/policies - e.g. war crimes, unethical research, embezzling, abusing power, etc.)

Interesting. Since we are here, I'd like to bounce an idea of you.

If there was an event that fires only for substance abuser scientist, would you ever see it? :)
