The dragon in the mountain
I have just met the Pale Wing and want to release him but I only have a choice between killing him and keeping him locked up. Is the release option locked because I am a xenophobe or do I need to keep him locked up first and then release him?

Yes, it's locked because you are xenophobe.

is there a way for you to allow Pale Wing to be merged with another fleet, despite being part of the defence at a choke hold starbase he cant really do much on his own and hes very slow.

He can't be merged, because no-leader rule is set on fleet level, and it would be weird to give it admiral.
What's stopping you from putting two fleets in the same system?
Or make fleets follow him, since he's the slowest, on the offensive.

i understand you cant put an admiral in him, wheres he going to sit in his mouth lol. but cant he be treated as any other big capital ship. once he is in the fleet the admiral is not in him but on another ship in the fleet Pale Wing is joining.

And once he's OK, admiral is in him again. The setting to allow/disallow admirals is on the fleet, so I can't do that and allow the composition. I can just remove this settings of course, but I don't see a lot of benefit since you can move several fleets together, without, to my knowledge, any issues.
