Orila Leviathan disabled?

After the defeat each Leviathan remains deactivated in space. So how can they be repaired / reactivated? Spend some recources with a construct ship?

The Leviathan and the other Orila ships are not used in any event currently. The models are used for the Vazurans however (using another texture). There are no plans at the moment to make them available to the player save for the cruiser added by the quest.
