Spawn Leviathan ship set

So when you spawn the highest tier of the ship set, yes it's under your control but as soon as you want to move it the title of the fleet name will cycle to various names as a result will not execute commands. The past version worked but this new updated one it is broken. No mods installed at all just (MoreEventsmod)

This happens when you spawn them without having the necessary fleet limit. It tries to split a fleet with one ship and creats a new fleet permanently.
If you use research_all_technologies first, you have enough fleet limit and it works fine.
