Wish DE improved on the functionality for scarfs to be more of a thing.
It isn't to fit it, it is difficult to maintain it. It's tedious to have separate meshes for each Warframe the Scarf Syandana needs to fit, and adding new mesh variations for new Warframes and their proportions.
If more scarves come out, it's more and more things to update per warframe and more mesh objects to keep account for.
The current Syandana system is Position, Scale, Rotations with one Mesh Object so it universally fits all the frames.
There's a reason Umbra Excalibur's Scarf is only allowed on him.
Declining a syandana because of clipping issues? That's almost poetic.
