Edit: Like an idiot, I commented before using the mod. Looks like the mats do end up having a ton of dirt on them, instead of that dirt getting all over the place. I haven't paid a ton of attention to how much this affects room impressiveness, but so far it looks like this is sufficient balance. I get a little benefit for a little effort to grow cotton and build these. They are not as OP as I was concerned they'd be. So I've changed my opinion - I think it's fine if they don't degrade.
If not, would it be at all possible to have 'Fabric' type added to the stuffCategories list, thus matching the materials the armchair and pet bed can be made of (hyperweave, muffalo wool,and the like)?
