I think it be that since the weapons for the NPC fire so slowley they have a little more accuracy. This is not the case because I placed a person to fire a rocket launcher which is a one shot weapon at a droid group and he missed somehow. HE HIT THE HILL BESIDE THEM and some of the weapons like the E-5C LMG for droids fires really slow. The minigun fires fine, but if the weapon was made to fire slow it should be able to hit its target. If you need a video I will provide one in the comments.
