Please avoid using more than 5 stats, it never works.

If possible, attempt to make as balanced and unique stat arrays as you can, easiest done by thinking of a core stat and working around it.

The name tells me it is fast and has a big blast radius for some reason.

+10% clip size
+10% firing speed
+5% blast radius
-20% damage dealt

This seems like good crowd control stats, especially if you get a random crit, or a medic pops crits on you.

Those stat %s are a tad too lucklaster to be the making of a new weapon, and do lack some extra something to make it all shine.

it can be a primary blunderbuss type shotgun. high damage, exploading bullets, 1 bullet in the mag/barrel/chamber. idk XD

Being a single barrel firing device, that does look like a shotgun, how about-
Pros:
  • +150℅ reload speed- reloads slightly faster than a consequetive reload on stock.
  • Hold M1 for 0.5 second to build up a frag shot, dealing high damage close up
Cons:
  • -75% clip size
Frag shots fire 5 fast moving bombs with shotgun like deviation, each dealing 22 base damage, and are subject to ramp up and fall off for a maximal 132 damage point blank but low damage at long range. Each bomb has very small splash radius and detonates imidiately on impact. Due to that, firing a charged shot right at your feat can propel you up on demand. the frag shot fires imidiately once the charging is done.

I like the stats above, but realistically; we should get rid of the last two sentences as a decription.

But I think if it does around 132 damage, maybe there should be a -%damage from rocket jumping. I think around 25% could work OK, or maybe even 20%.

"immediately" is also the correct way to spell it. Also, the last sentence doesnt start with a capital. Sorry for being a bit grammar-picky, but if this is going to go to Valve then, we should probably make sure it doesn't have grammar errors in it. :smile:

Also, it was clever how you picked 5 frag shots because there are 5 "holes" in the weapon. Nice job on that, too!

Ah. Funny coincidence, or maybe your subconcious? Either way, good job! Seeing as I'm unsure if you saw, I suggest a -20% blast resistance from grenade jumping.

Demo has an inate 25% self damage resistance already, similar to soldier's 40%.

Op due to 5 granades dealing each 75 damage doing a total of 375 damage burst. Also you must mean +25% clip size.

I didn't know demoman had a default blast resistance. It certainly didn't seem like it when I was sticky jumping. Fair enough!
