20% Crit change on full health? Thats utterly ridiculous. Your battles will be about luck only then. And, 20% means that every fifth shot, likely. This does not fit into tf2, it is still a skill based game. There is a luck factor, but thats tiny.
Holding down charge, it suits more for sticks on bombs weapons.
More reload rate practically cancels out your "20% less clip".
Sploosh radious is Pizza shet. It makes it even more op.
Because noone cares about this itty-pitty changes to damage and projectile speed, when you have a gun what exels at everything else.
