I feel like this could be multi-class.
It doesn't look like it would be class specific. I would consider making it for soldier or something.

I think it could go with Spy Demo And Sniper

Spy: Can Backstab
Sniper: Can kill spies with this like his Kurkuri
Demoman: This Weapon Is made for Demoman xDD

i agree. i also think that for critical hits with the weapon, instead of swinging the knife, it uppercuts with the brass knuckles attached to it.
