I'd love it if Mozambique and Angola got some love. They should have unique leader images and descriptions, and both have possible imperial possiblities. Mozambique an East African Empire, Angola a West, them both standing together in a faction? Darmok and Jelad at Tenagra?

Also, I'd like to offer help with graphics for colourisation of even creation of leader images to bring them into line with the game aesthetics. I'm an art school graduate but know nothing of modding particularly. I've only used this mod through Rt56, would such changes be implemented with them as well? I just really want Africa to feel more real.

If portugal goes lets say communsit there should be an event chain where they flee to africa and try to return, and they have the choice to give up their colonies in asia to the english (Goa to the raj and east timor to australia) in exchange for going it alone or a pact with germany to fight in africa for a return to their homeland during the eventual german conquest. There could also be options for native revolts shortly after the arrival in the colonies, the size depending on how autonomous the colonies were pre GOV in exile. Or if spain is francoaist and italy is not yet in the axis the portuguese GOV in exile could create a temporary alliance for the restoration of portugal to the mainland. Or if the Gov thinks all is lost portugal should unite the lusophone world with Brazil. Likewise should the possibilty of the gov in exile loosing to the natives who then fracture into warring cheifdoms and perhaps have a portuguese garrison attempt a double reconquest. Should the natives win I feel the english would seize Goa while the dutch took timor. If the governement in portugal goes fascist the colonial govs could have the option to collaborate with racist laws or they could feign cooperation refuse the harsh laws and transition to a peacfull democracy ruled jointly by the portuguese and the africans. I think that if the colonies choose such a route that the portuguese governement should get a part of the focus tree about reigning in the african colonies through gunboat diplomacy since the Africains would not have sizeable navy industrie and would likely only have portuguese boats that were left in their harbour. If portugal goes democratic they should either have the choice to let the colonies go free or to integrate them equally into the greater portuguese republic.

Since up there I mainly talked about the gov in exile here are my rather uninformed opinions on the african parts of portugal. Angola at least (im not sure about mozambique) should have national spirits representing the possible native uprising,if angola breaks free and goes communist SA should be able to have a 1v1 to put down the communists with the choice to either annex angola return it to the portuguese or to set up a puppet gov

UK, France, Portugal (if Angola isn't freed), Belgium (if Congo isn't freed), Spain, Italy gets event : Free Africa, where they can release the African nations (pls add Morocco and some other). If they accept, the nations will be released, if not, you will get war goal for them.
