Edit1: if you are trying to do a specific item, you can follow this format to get the EngramEntry name of any item from the spawn list in the discussions.
For instance, the bending flag is not an obtainable engram, but if it were, you would get the "PrimalStructure_BuffFlag" part of the below spawn code and add "_C" to the end of it. Like this: "PrimalStructure_BuffFlag_C"

Edit2: After looking through the spawn codes again, it looks like the naming format that GyozaGuy used is perfect. So you should be able to use that guide to disable any engrams from the mod that you would like. Please note, from my own experience with disabling mod engrams, if you disable an engram and then spawn in that item, the item will disappear during the next server restart. That could have just been a bug I experienced a couple times but I have read of others that had the same issue. So please keep that in mind when disabling engrams.
