Just one little request

Can you add an option in the GameUsersSettings.ini for no-cost Chi just for the avatar ? I want to create a GOD with the avatar bending but i can't... i'm most powerfull with the air bending, not really expected ^^
Ty again for your great mod, i'm so hasty to see the futur of this mod
