Flying Bison

im trying to disable the bison ive tried
NPCReplacements=(FromClassName="Appa_Character_C",ToClassName="")
and also tried
NPCReplacements=(FromClassName="FlyingBison_Character_C",ToClassName="")
but it still spawns anyone know another way? i have even tried having an entry weight of 0 and still spawns
