Indominus egg and Orcs

Hey there,

I just want to know if someone can tell me what particular the use of the indominus egg is beside a snack and what to use to tame an orc?

I think orc wants fish meat, otherwise just give it normal meat.
Remote use feed indom egg to your pet to heal it fully.

If you use the upgrade station the eggs are required to upgrade the artifact.
