Orcana Settlements and NPCs
Hey, first of all, I love your mod. I used orcana on older versions of starbound and loved it.

I have a question, before i subscribe to this mod again: Am I able to find Orcana settlements and Orcana NPCs around the universe? Also, can I bring Orcana NPCs through a Colony deed? My wish is to have a full Orcana Ship Crew.

Orcana NPCs (villagers, merchants, chefs) can indeed be spawned using Colony Deeds (guards will be coming later), but villages and cities have not been implemented yet. They will be coming later as well.
