Honey Jarer, extractor mk2 not giving beeswax, only just contaminated water

I've got all necessary materials but i'm only getting contaminated water from the jarer and pure honey from the extractor mk2. i'm not getting any beeswax and I cant seem to get any from using apiary either. I'm out of ideas after searching online for potential fixes with no solutions. Any advice on how to fix this problem?
