Is there any option and/or way to filter this mod's content?
As the title asks.

Specifically, I want to know if there's any way to disable anything related to hallucinogens. Items, dialogue, research trees, minerals most of all.

No, content toggling just isnt a feature SB can provide easily. If you dont want the content, just avoid using that particular stuff.

You could patch content manually with your own external mod, of course, but thats another matter entirely and not something I am here to teach others to do. It's a relatively straightforward process though, which can largely be automated with JSON patch module sites.
