I've downloaded the Avali Mod last week, and thus far I've spent all the time I had in Starbound on building my and two of my friends an Outpost on a Gentle planet. It's very luxurious and everything, and I sincerely love the mod thus far. However!

After discovering two Data Chits I started thinking about the weapons I'd need during the story. Granted, the Weapon Bench (Avali one) can craft guns, yes, but I need blades as well! Now, I have crafted two one-handed Blades with the Anvil, but I cannot seem to upgrade them. The Wiki says you can craft them at the Avali Weapons Station, but the Blades don't seem to show up in there, just a whole long list of guns.

Of course I could play the game with guns only, but Blades add that extra bit of touch. I could be either blind, very daft, or both, but I just don't get how to upgrade your Avali blades. On a sidenote, are Data Chits still useful?

Any help is appreciated!

EDIT: After searching a bit, I have found out I cannot upgrade my Guns either. I can craft stronger ones, but they don't really 'upgrade', you just craft them from scratch.
