Latest dev version. Under 'Show Pawn State Icons on Bar' you can select to mount the icons on the right, however while it moves where they are mounted, they will grow to the left and overlap the colonist icons.

Latest dev version. The button 'Revert Colonist Bar settings' does not set the Colonist Bar Position back to default. Try selecting 'left' and then hit Revert, it will flicker once at the top and then go to the left.

hi, can you please post those to Github? this place is only for the current release. and as it's the dev version, some of those are already fixed.
Here is a pastebin of the logs relevant to the caravan problems I'm having. I had to cut off the beginning of the paste because it exceeds the file size pastebin allows, but this is the beginning and the end of things referencing the Colonist KF Bar.

From what I've tested, it might break when animals are added to a caravan, but without animals a caravan functions correctly.

FollowMe is working, which is nice as Fluffy's copy didn't, but this version does. :)

Any chance you could put in a custom/user chosen colonist order for sorting? I want to sort by join date, but I know it doesn't seem like the game keeps that info around. However, I remember who joined when. If I could move my pawns around to a custom order I could get that done. Maybe by gui list or drag the square around on screen. If that'd be a huge pain ('cos gui) even a 'modify your desired colonist name order here by pasting in colonist info' in an xml would be super awesome.

Also, sorting by other skills than medicine would be rather useful (shooting/melee stat etc).

I think you should leave the mood bars turned off by default since it clearly severely affects frame rates for most users. An opt-in system is better, imho. Otherwise people will install, think it's a buggy pile of crap that eats all of their frames then rage delete. Or at least mention in the description for better performance turn off the mood bars. People rarely read through the comments, let alone explore/toggle all the settings options, but they might see it in description.

i just loaded ONLY the mod and required files to run the mod and it has issue with anything bigger than 1x for UI scale'ing.
i think it bugs out when you do anything greater than X1 for UI scale'ing.

yes, just limited time ATM. the bar has currently some issues, and I'm working rewriting it to be based on the A16 bar instead of fitting A15 code to the new mechanics.

Can't find anything suspicious in your log regarding ZoomToMouse, maybe the mod was added to an existing game?
If you chose Vanilla sorting, you should get them sorted by join date.
A fully custom sorting is out of my skills, sorry.
Also, you can already sort by the combat skills or mood, not only medical, see screen shots.
Once this mod is based on more recent code, most issues should be fixed, but I have very few free time.

Hello, I'm having a major lag problem. There's a huge FPS drop while the colonist bar is visible, once I hide it with the toggle switch on the bottom right it returns to normal framerates. No amount of setting changes within the bar would change FPS at all and playing it without other mods active did nothing either. Is there a fix until the next update?

Thanks for the log. There's actually no problem visible, I guess the mod is "just" taking up too many resources on your machine. It constantly checks the mood and the health status, I'll see if I can shuffle the checks and reduce them.

I get the FPS lag too, on a fairly powerful machine. I think it's more about your tolerance level... it's not unusable, but just noticeable enough to be annoying.

If you're refreshing all the data every tick, maybe you can change it to instead store data temporarily and stagger the updates so that on any given tick you're only updating one of the colonists.

When i posted this, i didn't know what was the problem, but after research, im find out. Whith this mod on - RAM leak away after 30-40 minut and crashing with out of memory.

can you confirm the memory leaks with only the colonist bar running? I'm also using dozens of mods but had no such behaviour here.
also try removing FollowMe, as Colonist Bar KF also integrates this feature and they will interfere.

I'll try, thx. Maybe it's really problems of compatibility with other mods (really don't switch off "Follow Me" mod). Try it tonight.

Disabling the "drug addictions and unstable pawns" Icon(blue beer) on the top bar will disable all Icons for on the top bar. At least for me. It might be an issue with another mod but someone check if they have the same issue please.
Edit: below bug seems to have been fixed in your latest version.
Oh and hovering over icons on the top bar will sometimes give a description of the icon, sometimes it won't. Is this intended? It's really inconsistent. It will say teetotaler if I hover over the beer but nothing for the unarmed icon or the bed icon.
Edit 2: Actually I just had a heatwave and there was no text on the sun icon so there is still some kind of issue there.
