What themed deeds do you want?
Here is a list of the currently suggested deeds:

- Prison Themed Deeds
- Light Source Deeds
- Toxic Deed
- Apex Apartment Brick Deed
- Ice Deed
- Furniture Deeds such as TV's, electrical panels.

If you want a certain themed deed please leave a suggestion here and I will consider adding it to the mod.

can you add deeds that are themed to the OTHER modded races?

Which ones exactly? If it is a popular race and there is enough demand for a deed for them i may consider it, but was only really planing to add one for Avali and Feline as they are the most popular.

well i like playing as the inkling race so why not that.

A plant like deed- not something over run with vines and shrubbery, but more a humble flower-covered deeds. Something you'd find in a florist's shop.

omg, yes!!! Please do that because I LOVE making post-apocalyptical cities in my universe and make a claim that a unknown powerful force has came and eradicated the planet, with only a few survivors struggling to survive.

I recommend you add a "careless deed" , It's a tiny (1x1) colony deed that does not require anything to attract a tenant (only requires that one little background peice to put it on)

Might make a scorched deed, in the meantime there is the rusty deed to use. I won't be making deeds that change functionality though.
