I think the executive deed is blackcolonydeed if I remember correctly.

One thing worth mentioning, if you use a capital letter when spawning them in, it become a perfectly generic item. If used lowercase than it works ok. Either that or it's just the novakid's.
EDIT: Apparently it's a few of them.
