Secondary algorythm huge lag.

Turning secondary algorythm on causes game to lag enormously, making npc's and item usage lag for 5-10 seconds. Sometimes game even teleports player from ship back to last known location.
Turning it off and everything is perfectly fine.
Is there any way to attach some sort of log for mod?

Sounds like some kind of script failure. Try linking a copy of starbound.log in a pastebin, that shod contain any errors.

I would like to report that I'm having the same issue with the alternate method. I don't see any errors at the server log... do I have to turn on any extra logging params?

Does the alternate algorithm search through every container and every item for each item to be moved?
