Compatibility Patches
Expanded Prosthetics and Organ Engineering
{LINK REMOVED}

Instructions:
1) Just overwrite the files in the Zombie Apocalypse mod folder with the patch files.
2) Make sure you load Zombie Apocalypse after EPOE in the mods list.
3) Same as always: Make sure Zombie Virus Active is visible at the bottom right of your screen. That's how you know the mod is working correctly.

The path to your RimWorld mods should look something like this:
Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\294100\

I will add to this list as time goes on.

Obviously I can't afford to personally make a patch for every single mod players are going to want to mix Zombie Apocalypse with, but if you create your own compatibility patch I would be happy to list it here.

Thanks for the patch, but I can't find the mod files. Can you post the typical filepath?

Thanks!

EDIT: Found it.

Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\294100\731693333

Oh yeah, thanks for the path. I forgot RimWorld handles Steam Workshop mods differently than those you would install manually.

Thanks for this. Question: Do we need to re-apply this whenever EPOE gets an update?
JustinNeedsCaffeine  [developer] 29 Jul, 2016 @ 6:48am
No, you will only need to reapply it when you update Zombie Apocalypse.

Any chance of the Patch for EPOE being put on the workshop in the future?
JustinNeedsCaffeine  [developer] 6 Aug, 2016 @ 12:33pm
No. It really doesn't make much sense to do that. Plus it's not actually possible.

Ah fair enough.

Just imagine what the Workshop would look like if every mod creator released their compatibility patches here. There would be more compatibility patches than there are mods.

wish it had a steam release

The patch does not work, when I launched, the "zombie virus active" wasnt there

You most likely have other mods that alter pawns, the patch works I think- However the 'infected' trait doesn't show on any limbs, nor does it give option to remove or even give alert for it.

I dont have much mods that do that and that is a big problem

Apparently the EPOE patch is a tad outdated, maybe a recent update could be over-riding the script for that.

I'll take a look at it this weekend if a recent EPOE update broke my patch.

There seems to be some sort of compatability issue between this mod and Fluffy's Relations tab. It doesn't stop the game from playing or loading a save, but when the zombie mod is active I can't open the relations tab.
