I know you mentioned that in future versions you would like to add some tweak features to the scenario editor.

In the meantime, I have a questions about a setting. I'm new to modding so bear with me.

In Incidents_Bad_Misc.xml, seemingly referring to the airborne virus incident aspect of the mod it has:
<baseChance>0.05</baseChance>

What chance is this in common percentage form exactly? 5%?

And where do I find the settings for zombie horde appearance chance?
