Since this is going for the Iron Gauntlet project which is related around MVM. Maybe this could be slightly modified to fit more of an original tool in Mann vs Machine instead of just a reskin like most weapons are on the workshop.

Maybe something like this:

The Portable Spytech Desk:
- Made specifically for robots!
- Acts similarly to the Red Tape Recorder.
Pros:
- 45% faster sapping speed on robots
- While being sapped, allies get 100% chance of critical damage towards that bot
- Sapping larger bots being supported by smaller bots (Medics for example) causes that bot, and the medics will be sapped and disables any special abilities (such as mediguns) that supporting bot had
Cons:
- Sapping a bot does not disable the bot, only slows it down and lowers health by 60%
- Engineer bots can remove sappers from other bots
- Sapping a building will only degrade the building by one level each time and stops at level 1

If some interesting stats were added, I would very well enjoy it much more! Just a suggestion.
