Can you find "world" colonists?
Love spending time creating characters but if you create one and don't put it inside your starting colony can you find them?

This is exactly what i want to know. When creating characters that aren't in you're starting colony, you can choose the faction they are in by clicking the 3 dots at the bottom. So i don't really understand what "world" colonists means. My guess would be that they are colonists that are put into random raids/factions, but i would like some confirmation on that.
