Amputations and Permanent Limb/Organ Damage
It's been a while since I played RimWorld or used this mod. Have there ever been any options to add amputated limbs/missing eyes/permanent eye damage in the Prepare Carefully menu?

If not I think it'd be a great addition for a future update.
