Report a translation problem
Unfortunately, this is not something that's happening for everyone, so it's difficult for me to fix when I can't reproduce the problem myself. I've tested many combinations, and I always get the equipment and resources that I choose, so there's something unusual going on here that may be difficult to identify.
Which scenario are you starting with? Have you tried doing a start with no customizations? In other words, click the "Prepare Carefully" button and then click the "Start" button right away without changing anything? Does the same problem happen?
If you know how to enable development mode, it can be useful to show what errors are happening in the debug console that comes up.
Sorry that you're having trouble. It's impossible for me to test every scenario, and there are sometimes weird, unexpected problems that come up.
Try enabling development mode to see if there are any errors. If you've never tried it before, go into the "Options" page from the main menu, find the checkbox labeled "Development Mode", and check the box. With development mode enabled, errors will pop up in a console window if something goes wrong. Let me know if you get any errors during the Prepare Carefully process. That will tell me that there is in fact some kind of error being triggered, and it might tell me where the error is happening (sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't). To disable development mode after you're done, go back into the "Options" page and uncheck the box.
I will definitely need some help from people to track this down. I'm not seeing the problem myself, which makes it pretty much impossible to fix.
