The conditions and injuries list is blank

In my last playtrough i had the zlevels activated and everyrhing was working fine. For some troubles i was having i disable it and start another colony but this time when i try to edit the conditons and injuries of my pawns the list are completly blank. Dont know what can cause this, can anyone help me?

Also try to delete z-levels config files?
